Shipping policy

Delivery

We work with Mailout, a fantastic mailing and fulfilment social enterprise that provides training and employment for people with a learning disability and / or autism. They are also based in North London, just like the main hostel we work with.

They aim to send out your order within 2 working days of you placing it. Some items have a longer lead time but this is specified on the product page. The distribution centre is closed at the weekends so orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent out as quickly as possible after the weekend.

Shipping

All postage to the UK is free on orders over £40.

For sales outside the UK please email us - hello@madebypivot.com to see if we can ship to you.

Gifts

You have the option to send a gift message along with your order, free of charge. This will be handwritten on the back of a beautiful Pivot postcard and included alongside the item(s).

Returns

We do not accept returns on earrings unless faulty. We exercise a 14 day returns policy for pendants. To return an item, please contact hello@makepivot.org.

Payment

We accept payments in two ways - through PayPal or via a secure card transaction using Stripe.
